Terms and Conditions 2023/24

As a small independent business, each reservation holds significant importance to us. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our terms and conditions before making a booking. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

To secure your spot for a Dolce Vita retreat, we require a non-refundable deposit of 390 EUR. This deposit, once received, serves as both confirmation and a downpayment towards your total amount.

THE REST OF THE PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due in cash at the end of the retreat. An email with a copy of your invoice will be sent after the final payment, using the contact details provided during registration.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds for the remaining amount depend on the timing of the cancellation:

• Cancel more than 6 weeks before the departure date: you do not need to pay anything more (deposit is non-refundable).
• Cancel within 6 weeks before the departure date: 90% charge of the total price (the 390 EUR deposit is non-refundable).

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE

Guests must have travel insurance covering cancellations, including COVID and health-related issues. Participation in classes, hikes, and workshops is at your own risk. International health insurance covering medical care and transport is required if you do not reside in the country where the retreat takes place.

NO EXCEPTIONS

The deposit is non-refundable due to the work involved in finding a replacement or the risk of not finding one. No exceptions can be made for any reason, including COVID-19 or other health conditions, emergencies, bad weather, or change of mind.

IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

If we must cancel a retreat, you will be notified promptly, and a 100% refund will be provided. However, we are not responsible for expenses incurred in trip preparation.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to remove a participant for disruptive behavior or to hold them liable for damages. We also reserve the right to change the program, teachers, or team members.
